FAAGFW Meeting , Tabile Residence
April 18, 2010, 2:00 PM
Present: SallyRamos, Amy Vince Cruz, Ruben Rivera,
Lorna Roscetti, Ping Velasco, Sheree Clark, Marilei
Tabile, Romy Tabile, Carol Yuzon, Mely Manalang
Minutes:
All present are in agreement to keep FAAGFW active
to maintain visibility in the area. The PO box will
be closed and all correspondence will be forwarded
to 3919 Fairwood Blvd NE, Tacoma WA 98422. The
website will continue to be managed by Romy Tabile.
Anybody wishing to get information about the
association should send an email to
faagfw@yahoo.com
or www.faagfw.org. If anybody wants to become a
member, an application form can be obtained from the
website,
www.faagfw.org,
complete the form and mail to the address on the
form.
It was decided that the following members will do
these task:
Romy Tabile – webmaster
Sally Ramos – Public Relations for the City of
Federal Way
Ruben Rivera – Treasurer
Mely Manalang – acting recording secretary
The Board Members are: Lorna Roscetti, Ping
Velasco, Sheree Clark, Mely Manalang. Joe Velaqsquez
and Carol Yuzon resigned.
Advisory Council: All past Presidents- Sally Ramos,
Bobby De Las Alas, Felix Vince Cruz, Maria
Velasquez, Amy Vince Cruz, Romy Tabile, Dr. Nick
Panlasigui
It was also decided that there should be an event
at least once a year. This year a dinner dance is
scheduled on Nov. 6, 2010, Saturday at Twin lakes
Golf and Country Club. Mely M will make the
reservation. More on this later
Who would run the association? The people named
above are all responsible and anybody who feels a
need for a meeting must contact the association
through email

Fall Festival:
Place: St. Vincent Parish Church.

Time: 11:00 am
We are going to have a food sale at the
festival. Menu for the festival: Rice,
Pancit, Lumpia and Adobo. Proceeds will go to
FAAGFW.
October:
Diversity
Festival:
Place: St Therese Parsih Church.
Date: October 6, 2007 After 5:00 pm Mass.
October 11, 2007 after 11:15 am Mass.
There will be a food festival.They will
accept Donation for Building Fund.
December:
Christmas
Party: We are still on the process of looking
for a place for the party.
